Thank you for your email of the 10th July regarding builders rubbish in the entry side of no4 Tower Hill, Tranmere, I inspected the location on the 12th July and found bags of builder rubble and a small amount of wood, unfortunately as the was no evidence or witnesses to this incident it is not possible to determine who is responsible.
